Fable: Farm to table

Food Brunch; dinner

Ambiance Warm and friendly; Could do with more aisle space

Price Comparable to higher end  cafe prices; ~$10-$15

Overall Definitely will be back perhaps for dinner; I would say one of my favourite brunch spots in Van

Eggs benny with smoked salmon

My sister had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Needless to say, it was amazing. The yolk was perfectly half-cooked and the side of rosti was crunchy and simply amazing. The salad had a great balance to it, it was neither too sour nor too oily.I had the omelette which encased bacon, cheese and mushrooms in it(everything good). The salad and risotto came with most of the brunch options, which was lovely. The garlic bread had an original feel to it.

At the end of the meal we decided that Fable is definitely one of the better brunch places in Vancouver and we will definitely return to try its dinner menu!
